Q1. What kinds of production can you manufacture?

Re: LED aluminum profile, LED tube housing, LED tri proof housing, special-shapes extrusion aluminum and plastic profiles.

Q2. What kinds of LED lighting can use your profiles?

Re: LED linear lights such as: LED cabinet lighting, LED strip lights, T5/T6/T8/T10/T12 tubes, tri-proof tubes and special-shape tubes, etc.

Q3. How many staff are in your factory? Re: 50-80 staff in the production line. 8 staff in the sales team, 10 staff in R&D.

Q4. How many machines are there in your factory?

Re: 20 of plastic extrusion production lines,

5 of aluminum extrusion production lines,

3 of injection molding machines,

5 of precision mold manufacturing equipment s,

2 of test equipment(integrating sphere and Color Assessment Cabinet).

Q5. What are your normal processes for regular order?

Re: We are very suggest customers give the forecast for the next three month. This are our normal processes for regular order:

Receiving PO--Sales confirm PI with customer--Receiving 30% payment in advance--Sales assistant proceed production and confirms the exact LT--QC confirms the goods are ready for shipping--Receiving the balance payment--Arranging shipment--after sales service.

Q6. What is the process of OEM order?

Re: Receiving drawing--Project manage confirm all production details with customer--Receiving tool production PO--Sales assistant proceed tool production--QC confirm samples are ready for shipping--Project manage confirm products with customer about every details-- start the regular order.

Q7. How do you ensure quality?

Re: At first, we use new raw material all with environment protection certifications, please be sure we don’t use any re-product raw material.

Second, we have a professional Quality Control department,  both samples and finished products must be confirmed by QC before shipment.

Q8. How do you ensure leading time?

Re: We have a professional Product Material Control(PMC) department, all orders are arranged by system.

Q9. If OEM & ODM are acceptable?

Re: Yes, We have various types of professional and technical personnel and enough machines that are very willing to accept OEM & ODM cooperation.

Q10. Can you offer waterproof profiles?

Re: Yes, tri-proof housing with IP65 grade are our regular items.

Q11. How long is your lead time?

Re: For our regular items the lead time is about 3-5 days. For customized items, the lead time is about 25-35 days including tools making time.

Q12. Shall you spread clients company customized products to other companies?

Re: No. We can sign a confidentiality agreement with your company.

Q13. Do your LED profiles be easy to install?

Re: Yes, We provide complete installation accessories.

Q14. What accessories do you provide for LED Aluminum profiles?

Re: 2 piece clips for each meter, 2 pieces end caps for each profile.

Q15. Do you provide end caps with or without holes for LED Aluminum profile ?

Re: We can provide both, depending on what customers require.

Q16. What color do you provide for LED aluminum profiles?

Re: Silver, black, white, golden and so on.

Q17. What raw material do you use for LED Aluminum Profiles?

Re: 6063 Aluminum.

Q18. What raw material do you use for LED plastic profiles?

Re: Polycarbonate, PMMA and ABS.

Q19. What length do you provide for LED Aluminum profiles?

Re: We can provide any length by customer requirement, such as 0.3meter, 0.5meter, 1meter, 1.5meter, 2meters......

Q20. What length of the LED plastic profiles?

Re: We can provide any length by customer requirement, such as 0.3meter, 0.5meter, 1meter, 1.5meter, 2meters.....

Q21. How many pieces end caps for each meter LED aluminum profile?

Re: 2 pieces end caps for each meter LED aluminum profile, one with hole and another without hole.

Q22. What raw material of the end caps?

Re: Plastic.

Q23. What raw material of the clips?

Re: 304 Stainless steel.

Q24. How long is the validity of the offer(quotation)?

Re: Usually for one month.

Q25. Do you provide a sample? Free or charged?

Re: Yes, we charge for samples.

Q26. What is your term of payment?

Re: 30% payment in advance, the balance will be paid before shipment.

Q27. What is your MOQ?

Re: We can provide samples for each item, MOQ of each item for regular order is 1000 meters.

Q28. Can you send clients goods to their forwarder warehouse?

Re: Yes, we can.

Q29. What color of your LED plastic profiles?

Re: Transparent, opal(milk) and stripe.

Q30. Where is your factory located?

Re: We are located in “World manufacturer” Dongguan city, Guangdong province, China.

Q31. Is the mold opening cost borne by the customer or your factory?

Re: Customers pay the cost first, after the quantity is more than 50000 meters for total order, the tool cost can be deducted in order.

Q32. How many days is the tool production of LED aluminum and plastic profile?

Re: Usually 7-15 days.

Q33. Can Your products be installed under the cold weather?

Re: Yes, Weather resistance is -40 degree to 120 degree.

Q34. Will the product deform during transportation?

Re: No, please be sure of our professional package.

Q35. Can I cut the aluminium LED profile?

Re: Yes, it's only aluminium so a simple chop saw with suitable metal blade is the best for a clean cut, or even a hacksaw if doing it by hand.

Q36. Is this waterproof? Can it be used outdoors or in bathrooms?

Re: The LED aluminium profile itself is just aluminium & diffuser, and suitable for indoor or outdoor use. If outdoor or in wet locations, you would need to use suitable waterproof IP rated LED tape with your installation. In this case, we also recommend sealing your LED profile with either clear epoxy resin or clear silicone to avoid any water ingress / standing water.
