Customize LED recessed profile is a very important product of JE. The opening size of this LED recessed profile is 11*11mm, which can be used for conventional LED strip with a width of less than 8MM. As shown in the figure below, our company's recessed profiles have various specifications, including conventional shapes and special shapes. But no matter what shape, all product lengths can be custom cut, and colors can also be customized. Re: Receiving drawing--Project manage confirm all production details with customer--Receiving tool production PO--Sales assistant proceed tool production--QC confirm samples are ready for shipping--Project manage confirm products with customer about every details-- start the regular order.

Q2. How do you ensure quality?

Re: At first, we use new raw material all with environment protection certifications, please be sure we don’t use any re-product raw material.

Second, we have a professional Quality Control department,  both samples and finished products must be confirmed by QC before shipment.

Q3. How do you ensure leading time?

Re: We have a professional Product Material Control(PMC) department, all orders are arranged by system.
