This is a conventional T8 LED tube light housing of JE factory, which adopts a half-aluminum and half-plastic structure. Because the bottom is made of pure aluminum, it is very conducive to the heat dissipation of the LED lamp beads, so the lamp can be designed with a relatively high wattage. The PCB size requirement is also the conventional 10*1mm. There are many styles on the market, which provides more convenient conditions for design. The surface PC diffuser is usually milky white, and can also provide customers with customized colors. For example, some customers who do plant lighting will require the use of transparent diffusers.

Q4. Is the mold opening cost borne by the customer or your factory?
Re: Customers pay the cost first, after the quantity is more than 50000 meters for total order, the tool cost can be deducted in order.
