1.LED aluminum profiles with the same and similar performance requirements are placed in the same furnace for aging treatment according to the material, thickness, size, hardness requirements and performance requirements of aluminum profiles. The aging aluminum profiles should be strictly operated according to the corresponding aging process of the furnace profiles, and should not be changed without authorization, and should not be perfunctory.

Second, pay attention to observe the circulating fan, the circulating cooling water operation, pay close attention to the ignition heating, the heating error in the furnace, the heating speed in the furnace, the heat preservation, and pay attention to the lifting safety and sealing of the furnace door.

6. The profiles with different post-processing requirements shall not be combined and framed, and shall be transferred to each production department according to the post-processing requirements together with the process card (manufacturing subpoena). Make records of each form of the process truthfully for verification. When the shift is handed over, it is necessary to explain clearly the situation of the shift in person.
