The main reason for the cracking of the PC cover is that the structure of the PC molecular chain is damaged, and the molecular chain is broken, causing the product to crack, that is to say, there are cracks on the surface. One of the following factors that endanger the molecular chain structure:

Environmental factor: pH environment, strong ultraviolet rays, high and low temperature damage, so in the entire process of use, especially pay attention to environmental hazards. Solution: According to the use environment of the lamp, use the raw materials consistent with the environment to extrude the PC lampshade, such as adding UV agent, solvent resistance, toughening agent, etc. to the raw material to increase the performance of the PC cover, so as to meet the use scene of the lamp .

In addition, PC is very sensitive to chemical substances. Many customers' lamps crack because the electronic components or lamp accessories used contain molecules that destroy the PC molecular chain structure, especially the glue used. Once the lamps are aged, the temperature will be generated. It will crack the lampshade, so some LED manufacturers' lamps will crack as they age.
