1; LED tube housing length. Thickness. Roundness. Straightness, end surface flatness standard

Tube length standard±1mm

Tube thickness standard±0.1mm

Tube garden degree standard±0.5mm

Tube straightness (curvature) standard 1m long 1.5mm

Tube end flatness standard±0.5mm

2; Tolerance standard for LED tube housing, PCB board and power drive assembly

Assembly tolerance of assembled PCB board±0.3mm

Assembly power drive assembly tolerance±0.5mm

3: PC cover and aluminum alloy assembly tolerance standard

PC cover and aluminum alloy assembly tolerance≤0.3mm

PC cover and aluminum alloy assembly, the non-convex edges on both sides are slightly smaller 0.1≤S≥0.5mm

4: The LED tube housing leaves the factory according to the random inspection, the pass rate is 95%, and the part that exceeds the unqualified part will be replaced

5; When using, please refer to the scope of use of the material report provided by our factory.

6; The specific size of LED tube housing is subject to each model number, and each product is different, and assembly objects must be provided during mass production.
