LED tube housing quality standard

According to the appearance of the LED tube housing product, the assembly tolerance judgment standard is as follows:

1: Transparency and color of LED tube housing:

The transparent part is clear without obvious stretch marks, placed in a horizontal circle, and there is no obvious spot in the light

For the parts with luster, the color deviation is±5% compared with the lamp tube measurement method (lighting up)

There is no yin and yang color in the aluminum alloy oxidation color, the whole color is uniform, and the color deviation of each batch is±8%

2: Appearance noise standard of LED tube housing:

Transparent part 1 black spot or crystal point within 200mm. Size 0.05m㎡≤S≥0.2m㎡

White part 1 black spot or crystal point within 200mm. Size 0.05m㎡≤S≥0.5m㎡

Aluminum alloy part 1 miscellaneous point within 200mm. Size 0.05m㎡≤S≥0.3m㎡

3; Scratches. Scratches Standard

The transparent part 200mm (lit) has no obvious scratches. Scratches

There is no obvious scratch at the other 300mm. Scratches

4: Two-color PC tube transparent and white combined part standard

The fluctuation range of the transparent and white part of the two-color PC tube is±1mm
