PC tube bending process

The bending process of PC tube (polycarbonate tube) needs to follow certain steps and precautions. The following are the general steps of PC tube bending process:

1. Prepare tools and materials: Before bending the PC tube, you need to prepare appropriate tools and materials, including PC tube, scissors, saws, pipe clamps, screwdrivers, screws, wrenches, etc.

2. Check the quality of the tube: Before bending, you need to check the quality of the PC tube to ensure that the tube is not damaged or cracked.

3. Design the bending angle: According to actual needs, design the bending angle of the PC tube.

4. Cut the tube: Use scissors or saws to cut the PC tube into the required length.

5. Clean the tube: Use appropriate detergent to clean the inside and outside of the PC tube to ensure that the tube is clean and free of dirt.

6. Install the pipe clamp: Install appropriate pipe clamps on both sides of the tube to be bent to ensure that the tube is fixed and stable.

7. Bend: Use appropriate tools and methods to bend the PC tube to the required angle. You can use a hot air gun to heat it as needed to facilitate bending.

8. Check the bending effect: After the bending is completed, you need to check whether the angle of the tube meets the requirements to ensure that the bending effect is good.
