The method of repairing the LED aluminum profile shell
Aluminum alloy has low density, low melting point, good processability, excellent electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. Nowadays, the casings of electronic products are mostly aluminum alloys, which also makes the aluminum alloy casings an energy-saving, lightweight and environmentally friendly product. But familiar friends all know that aluminum alloy has low hardness, and it is easy to be bumped and scratched in the process of processing.
1. Due to the improper design of the stamping die: the crushing caused by the die itself; the die is too tight, the parts need to be pryed open, or the gap caused by prying open.
Solution: The company must improve the quality of the mold repair, the aluminum shell mold must be nitrided regularly, and the nitriding process must be strictly implemented. Strictly control the quality of the chemical composition of the ingot; improve the quality of mold repair, improve the precision of mold manufacturing and regular nitriding of the mold and strictly implement the nitriding process parameters.
2. Bumps during stamping and CNC machining: improper operation, the aluminum alloy shell contacts the mold fixture, machine tool, etc. when the part is taken out; the processed aluminum alloy shell is not suitable for the pallet, and is stacked together; improper operation, the aluminum alloy shell falls .
Solution: Place the profiles reasonably in the material rack and try to avoid mutual friction. The aluminum casing should be handled with care during the production process to avoid scratches caused by human factors.
3. Bumps and scratches during the flow of each process: improper stacking and collapse; the aluminum alloy casing is vigorously supported; there are sundries in the packaging material of the aluminum alloy casing, and the friction between the sundries and the product during the transfer process will cause scratches.
Solution: Separate the aluminum alloy housing from the accessories with soft felt and plastic strips to reduce friction between them that can cause damage. Clean up the discharge track, swing bed and other working belts in time to prevent debris from affecting the production and processing quality of the aluminum shell.
4. Caused by improper anodizing operation: when the anodizing is hung up and down, it is caused by the hanger; when it is in and out of the tank, it is caused by the oxidation tank;
Solution: The aluminum alloy casing is anodized and covered with a protective "coat". Since the anodized film is very stable in the natural environment, it can provide corrosion protection for aluminum alloy casings. Reasonable grasp of the high hardness of the anodic oxide film will make the aluminum alloy shell with low roughness and smooth surface, which greatly improves the wear resistance of the aluminum shell. If various organic and inorganic dyes are added during the anodizing process, the anodized film will have color and give a beautiful appearance to the aluminum casing.
5. The scratches on the inner surface of the extruded product during the extrusion process cause damage to the inner surface of the aluminum alloy shell: the extrusion needle is stuck by the metal, the temperature of the extrusion needle is low, and the surface quality of the extrusion needle is poor. Concave and convex, poor extrusion temperature and speed control, improper extrusion lubricant ratio.
Solution:
(1) Increase the temperature of the extrusion cylinder and extrusion needle, and control the extrusion temperature and extrusion speed.
(2) Strengthen lubricating oil filtration, frequently check or replace waste oil, and apply oil evenly and appropriately.
(3) Keep the wool surface clean.
(4) Replace the unqualified die and extrusion needle in time to keep the surface of the extrusion tool clean and smooth.
