LED tube diffuser

The current LED tube diffuser is basically made of 1/2 aluminum alloy + 1/2 PC cover, and basically no glass cover is used. They are all processed and produced by PC particles (chemical name: polycarbonate) and then made with diffusion powder.

PC diffusers are roughly divided into the following types: transparent cover, transparent stripe cover, diffusion stripe cover, milky white diffusion cover.

Transparent cover: As the name suggests, the transparent cover is a transparent PC cover. The lamp tube made of this cover can see the lamp beads, which is very dazzling and easy to dizzy, and does not meet the human requirements for light. The light transmittance is good, and the light transmittance can reach 91%.

Transparent stripe cover: This cover is a translucent cover that can disperse the light, but the light is not uniform enough, it will not be dazzling, and the light transmittance is about 88%.

Diffusion stripe cover: also known as coarse stripe cover, the light transmittance of this shell is about 86%. The product made of this shell does not look like a dark area, and the influence of the dark area is cleverly avoided.

Milky white diffusion cover: This cover is also used by most manufacturers on the market. The general light transmittance of this cover is 83-85%. If the light transmittance is below 83, the light spot of the lamp bead cannot be seen at all.
