In the extrusion production process of PC extrusion diffuser, there is often a bad situation of bending. So, what is the cause of the bad? How can we reduce this kind of bad in the production process? Our JE company has greatly improved the qualification rate of our PC extrusion diffuser after years of extrusion production.

When the extrusion temperature of the aluminum profile is too low, the extrusion speed is too slow, the outlet temperature of the profile at the extrusion machine cannot reach the solid solution temperature, and the solid solution strengthening effect cannot be achieved.

In the extrusion production of aluminum profiles, common defects are relatively intuitive, such as bending, twisting, deformation, slag inclusion, etc. The defects of "adsorbed particles" are difficult to find without careful observation or touch.
